Some participants may need a visa or a new eTA to enter Canada. Please check on the Canadian Government webiste or with your local Canadian Embassy. It is the responsibility of the congress participant to obtain a visa if required.

Liability and Insurance
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

The Congress Secretariat can prepare an invitation letter for visa purposes in case needed, please write to: invitation@kenes.com. This invitation is prepared solely for the purpose of visa applications and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support or confirmation of inclusion in the Scientific Program.
Food & Beverage
During breaks, as indicated in the program, coffee/tea and light refreshments will be supplied. This is included in the registration fee.
Currency
The CAD, Canadian Dollar is the official currency in Canada.
