ABSTRACT PRESENTATION INFORMATION

Please note that all accepted abstracts will be presented in Paper Poster format.

We will no longer have e-posters.  We apologize for the late change.

Poster boards are horizontal, 91 inches / 231.1 cm long by 45 inches / 114.3cm high.

Your poster does not need to fill the poster board.  Please make it as large or small as you wish, so long as it is visible when displayed.

Material will be available to attach your poster to the board.

Posters may be prepared on one sheet (preferred method) or alternatively on several smaller sheets.

Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.

The text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a short distance.

POSTER SESSION DAYS

Posters will be displayed over three days:

Monday June 6,  Tuesday June 7  and  Wednesday June 8.

Different posters will be presented on each day.

You will be informed about which day your poster will be presented.

This information will also be available on the Interactive Scientific Program from April 21, 2016.

Posters will be able to set up their posters from 07:30am.

Each poster will be allocated a board number.  Please consult the board number list in the poster area at the congress, and only hang your poster on the board allocated for it.

Posters need to be removed at the end of the day in which they have been scheduled.

The organizers are not responsible for any posters that have not been removed.

Presenters are requested to stand by their posters during coffee and lunch breaks in the scientific program.
